French Clay Soap
As seen in the Boston Globe Magazine Gift Guide, FRENCH CLAY is a gently cleansing soap with a fresh, uplifting scent of bergamot and juniper berry. It is made with French green clay, one of the softest, yet most powerful cosmetic clays out there. Sometimes called a healing clay, it feels really lovely on your skin and in soap. This bar combines our mild and luxurious formula of five oils and butters with the cleansing and toning qualities of the French green clay. The jade green color comes from both the clay and a touch of blue-green spirulina. When exposed to sun and light, the green will eventually fade into a pale gold shade that is just beautiful.

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, distilled water, sodium hydroxide, coconut milk,* camellia oil, castor oil, essential oil blend (bergamot, juniper berry), French green clay, spirulina. (*certified organic)
Directions for use: For best results, use within six to 12 months. This soap is made with plant oils, botanicals, naturally occurring clays, and essential oils. Natural colors and scents will fade over time, though the soap itself will be good to use indefinitely — if stored properly in a dry, well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight.
Note: To extend the life of your soap, keep it dry between uses on a draining soap dish. Do not place in direct contact with water (except when bathing, of course!). Handmade soap does not contain commercial hardening agents, so this will really help to make your bar last longer.
